The service

Jet Cab AMS (KvK 89919637, VAT NL004773800B83) provides private chauffeur-driven transport in Amsterdam and beyond: fixed airport routes, custom rides and private driving tours.

Bookings

• A booking starts as a request. It becomes final only after our personal confirmation.
• Tours require a 25% deposit (via a SumUp payment link) after confirmation. The remainder is paid in the car.
• Transfers and custom rides are paid in the car. We accept pin, cash and Tikkie.
• Fixed-route bookings need at least 2 hours notice; custom rides 24 hours.
• Custom rides are always priced 20% below the metered rate; we confirm your exact fixed price before the booking is final.

Prices

All prices include 9% VAT. Metered rates: €4.31 start, €3.17 per km, €0.52 per minute. Waiting time: first 15 minutes free, then €60 per hour. Attraction tickets are never included in tour prices.

Cancellation

• Transfers and custom rides: free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
• Tours: free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Deposits for later cancellations are non-refundable.

Your ride

• For airport pickups we monitor your flight. No charge for flight delays.
• Child seats are available on request — please mention it when booking.
• No pets. No smoking in the cars.
• Passenger limits per car are binding (E-Class 4, S-Class 3, V-Class 6).

Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our proven fault, up to the amount our insurer pays out. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or force majeure. Dutch law applies; disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam.
