What we collect

When you request a booking, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, travel details (date, time, addresses, route or tour, flight number) and any notes you add (for example a child seat request).

Why we collect it

Only to handle your booking: confirming the ride, picking you up on time, and contacting you about your request. We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with advertisers.

Where it is stored

Your request is sent to us by email via our email processor (Resend, United States — covered by standard contractual clauses) and is stored in our email inbox. This website itself stores no data on a server and uses no cookies and no tracking. Your language preference is saved only in your own browser (localStorage).

How long we keep it

Booking emails are kept for up to 12 months for administration and tax purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

• Ask what data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Complain to the Dutch regulator (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
